BUILDING CARETAKER Summit Square Strata Corporation is a condominium complex consisting of 94 apartments in two buildings and a gymnasium in a third building. We have need of a part-time (weekend) Caretaker. Main duties: Daily cleaning of common areas; Maintenance of facilities; Enforce rules and bylaws of the Strata Corporation; Deal with emergencies and resident problems; Any other duties as required by the strata.
