Reporting to the Manager of Real Estate, the Real Estate Associate is responsible for the efficient and effective administration of PRPA's property portfolio and acts as the primary liaison between PRPA and its tenants. The ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary diploma or University degree in a related field or one of the following designations or equivalent work experience: paralegal, property management, real estate or appraisal license and a minimum two-year experience in at least one of the following areas: real estate or property law, planning and development, conveyancing, surveying, or appraisals. In addition, the ideal candidate will also possess good spoken and written communication skills and will be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees.
